How many videos can I create?
Each basic product video (5s, 720p) uses 5 credits. The Starter plan (50 credits) gives you ~10 videos/month, Pro (150 credits) gives ~30 videos, and Business (500 credits) gives ~100 videos. Premium options like 10s duration or 1080p use additional credits.
Can I change my plan?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens if I run out of credits?
If you use all your monthly credits, you can upgrade to a higher plan or wait for your next billing cycle, when your plan's monthly credits are added. We'll notify you when you're running low.
What if a video comes out wrong?
Every finished video is checked automatically. If it clearly failed (for example the product didn't rotate or changed shape), we offer one free retry for that video. Renders that fail on our side give their credits back automatically.
Do unused credits roll over?
Yes. Unused credits never expire. Each billing cycle adds your plan's credits to your balance, and you keep them even if you cancel.
