No Refunds for Digital Products

Due to the nature of our digital service and the immediate consumption of credits upon use, RotateProduct.com does not offer refunds for purchased credits or transformations. Once credits are used to generate a video, the transaction is final.

Failed Transformations

In cases where a transformation fails due to technical issues on our end, the credits will be automatically refunded to your account for future use. If refund is not done immediately please contact us at bllekhollsolutions@gmail.com.

Billing Issues

If you believe you have been incorrectly charged or have any billing concerns, please contact our support team at bllekhollsolutions@gmail.com within 48 hours of the transaction.
